Behind every dish is Sonia — the hands and palate that give Mama Mia (and our sister café La Puerta del Sol) their unmistakable flavor.
Family recipes, perfected over years of cooking for her people. No manuals — just memory, instinct, and the time every salsa, every marinade, every stew asks for.
In Mexican cooking, the best degree is the flavor — and Sonia has it.
